Yell preferences

LittleYell always lets you decide how you will receive Yells from a group or an individual's microblog. When you visit a group page or a microblog, you'll see a button like the one on the right. Put your mouse over it and choose how you'd like to receive Yells. The button will change to one of these images depending on which option you choose.

	No preference
	Email & Mobile message
	Email message
	Mobile text message
	Web only

Why No Preference?

When you pick No preference you are saying that the sender and the group can decide how you will receive your Yells. This is very powerful in groups where you trust the group and the folks Yelling. No preference is the default setting when you join a group.

Once you choose a group preference, the person doing the Yelling can no longer decide what you receive. You've taken control. Sometimes that's the best approach. It's up to you.

From the Group List

Click on Groups on the menu bar on the top of the screen and you'll get a list of all of the group where you are a member and all of the microblogs you are following. From this list, you can choose how you want to receive Yells from each group using a smaller version of the button above.
