Acceptance of Terms
LittleYell.com services are provided subject to the following Terms of Service (called "TOS" hereafter), which we may update from time to time. The current TOS can always be found at www.LittleYell.com/about/tos. Check here regularly to see if there are changes that affect you. You must agree to abide by the TOS to use LittleYell.com.
Description of Service
LittleYell.com offers members tools for communicating with individuals and groups of users on their web site, via email and by mobile phone (hereafter called the "Service"). The Service includes web pages, software that operates on servers or is contained in web pages, and content delivered in message form. Content may be produced by LittleYell.com, licenced from third parties, or produced by members of the service.
The content, whether delivered via web page, email, or mobile text, may contain advertisements necessary for LittleYell.com to operate the site. LittleYell.com may receive compensation or commission from some content or links to third-party content. The Service may include announcements and administrative messages that are part of membership the receipt of which is not optional. Any new service or content introduced is part of the Service and is subject to the TOS.
The Service may include links to third party web sites or resources over which LittleYell.com has no control. You acknowledge that LittleYell.com is not responsible for the availability and content of such sites whether or not LittleYell.com has been compensated for providing such link.
The Service sends messages to mobile phone that have joined groups or are following micro blogs or receiving messages from friends. You acknowledge that standard rates for receiving and sending messages from your carrier apply.
You understand that the service is provided "AS-IS", without warranty or guarantee. LittleYell.com is not responsible for availability, deletions, mis-delivery, timeliness, failure to store any user communications or personal settings, or accuracy of content provided by any third party. They reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice. LittleYell.com is not responsible for losses that might arise from inaccurate information found on the Service or received in communications from the Service, including, but not limited to, loses and costs directly relating to loss of business or revenue, or costs or other damages resulting from injuries.
Registration Obligations
For your use of the Service, you represent that you are legally old enough to form a binding contract under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. Further, you agree that any information you provide to the Service is true, accurate and current, and that you will make a reasonable effort to update information if it changes. If the LittleYell has reasonable grounds to believe that information you provide is untrue or inaccurate, they have the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse to reinstate it.
Registered users must be at least 13 years of age. Children 12 years old or younger may not register and should not provide personal information. If a parent of guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete the information from our files.
SMS Terms and Condtions (mobile text messaging)
To opt-in or subscribe to our service, you can register from our website, or text JOIN into 90909 and we'll guide you through the process from your mobile phone.
To opt-out from our SMS service, you can text STOP into 90909 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-register.
To get help, email us at support@LittleYell.com. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting HELP into 90909.

Privacy Policy
LittleYell.com recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy as a user of the Service. We only collect personal information that you give voluntarily (called Personal Information hereafter). We may set cookies from time to time to better understand usage of the Service, but no Personal Information is gathered in this process. Personal Information will always be treated confidentially and will not be sold or otherwise provided to any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account designation you create during registration and for exiting from your account at the end of each session. In the event of any unauthorized use of your password or account or other breach of security, you agree to notify LittleYell.com immediately. LittleYell.com is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Some of the personal information you provide including your name, user name, group names, descriptions, and about me biography information, may be publicly displayed. Some, but not all, personal information can be hidden using privacy settings you choose. We may use your mobile number or email address to market services to you, provided an option is provided to opt-out and not receive further marketing information. Your contact and invitation information may be used for finding other LittleYell.com members that you know.
Most of the default settings for providing data to LittleYell.com, make data public and available to all viewers and third party web sites. This includes the data you type, provide using your mouse, and meta data and cookies that provide additional information not visible to the user. LittleYell.com provides options in many cases for removing data from public view and it is your responsibility to understand and use them if you don't want your data viewed.
Our servers log and record information based on your usage of the Service. Logged data includes your IP address, referring web site, browser type, pages visited, emails and mobile texts sent, interactions with advirtisements, and other interactions with the Service. In addition, we may use third party services including Google Analytics to collect and log information.
Your personal information may be viewed by LittleYell.com employees, officers, and trusted third-party service providers we engage.
User Content
All information, text, data, graphics or other content (called User Content hereafter) provided by you are your responsibility. You agree not to email, upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any User Content that is inaccurate, threatening, abusive, harmful, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. You may not impersonate any person, including LittleYell.com officials.
LittleYell.com does not pre-screen User Content before it is delivered in message form or appears on the Service, but reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any User Content they feel violates the TOS. LittleYell.com reserves the right to determine what User Content is suitable for posting and what is not.
You agree that you are the owner or have otherwise obtained rights to any User Content. By providing User Content, you agree to provide LittleYell.com an unlimited, irrevocable, worldwide, free license to distribute, modify, and create derivative works of the User Content on the Service or to sublicense or transfer the license to the User Content to a third party. You understand that the User Content you provide may be distributed, syndicated, licensed or otherwise provided to third parties without your permission and without compensation to you.
LittleYell.com does not endorse, represent or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or truthfullness of any User Content or communication on the Service. Some User Content may be inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. LittleYell.com will not be liable for any User Content, including, but not limited to, omissions or errors.
LittleYell.com reserves the right to read, preserve, disclose or otherwise access any User Content that we believe is necessary to satisfy any applicable legal or government request, law, or regulation, to investigate potential violations of these Terms, to address technical or security issues, or to protect the safety of LittleYell.com users, employees, officers or the public.
Content posted by members may be viewed by other members of the Service and by third party services and websites depending on a variety of group and individual settings provided on LittleYell.com for controlling how content posted by members can be viewed.
In the event that you believe that User Content provided by a member constitues copyright infringment, please provide us with information to allow us to investigate your claim and, if appropriate, remove the infringing material. We will response to your claim provided that you notify us and provide us with identification of the copyrighted work on LittleYell.com you claim to be infringed, a copy or representation of the copyrighted work, signature (electronic or physical) of the copyright owner or representative, and contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address. We may, in the course of investigation, request additional information or statements before we proceed.
Use of Services
LittleYell.com web pages may be viewed or read using a human-operated web browser or by web page robots that respect the current robots.txt file. You may not access non-public parts of the site except those which you have been granted specific permission. You may not scan, probe, or test network vulnerability of any LittleYell.com system or computer or circumvent or breach any security meatures. You may not access or search the site through any unpublished interface. You may not forge any email headers, HTTP headers, or TCP/IP packet headers, or in any way send deceptive or altered identifying information. You may not disrupt or interfere with the service or access of any user including, but not limited to, overloading, spamming, mail-bombing, or sending a virus to the Service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold LittleYell.com and its affiliates, agents, officers, employees, licensors, licensees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of the TOS, your use of the Service, or User Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service.
Copyright
You acknowledge that the Service, its content, and any software included on it's servers or in it's pages contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree that no part of the Service, including, but not limited to, its textual content, User Content, and software may be modified, sold, copied, or reverse engineered without the express written permission of LittleYell.com. These terms do not provide the right to use the LittleYell.com name or any trademark, logo, domain name, or other brand features associated with LittleYell.com. LittleYell.com reserves the right to use any feedback you provide, including suggestions and comments, without obligation or compensation to you.
Severability
The inability of LittleYell.com to enforce any provision or right of the TOS will not be deemed a waiver of such provision or right. The remaining provisions of the TOS will remain in force in the event that any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable.
Entire Agreement
The TOS is the entire agreement between you and LittleYell.com regarding the Service unless you have a separate written agreement with LittleYell.com that supercedes, adds to, or modifies the TOS. The current TOS replaces and supercedes any prior agreement between you and LittleYell.com.
